The accommodations of this exclusive house are 4 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), 2 baths (oversized Jacuzzi tub in the master bath), living room with a fireplace and sleeper sofa, game room with a pool table, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The rustic interior features 16' ceilings and a large private deck overlooking Lake Texoma. Please keep the maximum to 10 (including children). |

| All of the Marina Village Cottages have air conditioning, heat, and either 2 or 3 color televisions. These charming lake cottages are nicely decorated and well appointed, with or without a full kitchen. Each of the double lake cottages has an interconnecting door, so if you choose, you have the capability to have one large area with 4 double beds and a kitchen. When connected, we allow for an 8 person maximum please (including children). Or these cottages are available as a one room option with a maximum of 4 (including children). These cottages also have picnic tables and grills just outside with plenty of space, fresh air, and beautiful lake views. |
