| Non-Holidays – 15 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $50.00 booking fee per unit. Cancellations 14 -8 days prior to arrival will be charged the amount of one night's stay, taken as a deposit at the time the reservation was made. All Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Holidays – Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 booking fee per unit. 30-15 days prior to arrival will be charged the amount of one night's stay. All Cancellations 14 days or less will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This is completely non-refundable.
