The accommodations of this exclusive house are 4 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), 2 baths (oversized Jacuzzi tub in the master bath), living room with a fireplace and sleeper sofa, game room with a pool table, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The rustic interior features 16' ceilings and a large private deck overlooking Lake Texoma. Please keep the maximum to 10 (including children). |

Cancellations 14 -8 days prior to arrival will be charged the amount of one night's stay, taken as a deposit at the time the reservation was made. All Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Holidays – Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 booking fee per unit. 30-15 days prior to arrival will be charged the amount of one night's stay. All Cancellations 14 days or less will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This is completely non-refundable. |
